CESEP is a publicly recognized association offering adult education including training, research, the creation of pedagogical tools and analysis. For over 30 years, CESEP has has been offering job seekers the opportunity to acquire knowledge of digital tools for use in different sectors.
Cesep's core business is specialized training for workers in the not-for-profit sector.

Assodev-Marsnet was set up in 2001 and has 250 members, mainly associations and volunteers in the PACA region.
Its aim is to develop community life and promote free digital technology.
Its activities include digital support, with expertise in free and ethical digital technology for voluntary and community organisations.
Assodev-Marsnet offers associations, volunteers and people involved in solidarity initiatives
- professional training, volunteer training and self-help workshops
- ethical services: hosting (website, email, lists, etc.) and free online services
- advice, expertise and project management
to set up cooperative Internet and open-source IT solutions websites and platforms, collaborative tools, management and communication tools, etc.

ACDC Romania is a professional association and training provider created in 2011, to support the sustainability of 255 disadvantaged rural communities, which have already received technical assistance, assistance under the Knowledge Economy Project (KEP), to develop local telecentres / Public Internet Access Points (PAPI) providing ICT-based services to citizens.
